Dial Medical Supply is a U.S. based medical supply company specializing in the finest hemodialysis products. In order for us to assist international orders, please review the following rules.

Shipping Outside the U.S.A.

Payment must be made in full before order is shipped.
Dial Medical accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card orders and wire transfers.
Customer will provide Dial Medical with their FedEx, DHL or UPS shipper number.
A minimum of $50.00 handling fee will be added to each order.

Shipping Inside the U.S.A

Dial Medical will ship to any location or port within the United States.
Payment must be made in full before order is shipped.
Dial Medical accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card orders and wire transfers.
A shipping & handling fee will be added to invoice.
